Cavapoo Puppy Ruby & White Boy | Mini Sized 16 - 18 or so Pounds Grown

So as Baron Waffles sailed around at my feet, he was on his (almost) best behavior. He ignored the temptation of an extra pair of tennis shoes sitting just within reach, but succumbed to an irresistible bit of ribbon that had fallen off my desk and was within inches of his woolly nose.

He’s an enthusiastic little person, the biggest of the litter with a tendency to trip over his own paws, a slightly goofy, entirely appealing bundle of ruby red with lots of cute white trim to set off his adorable self nicely. 

He truly doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, just a marshmallow on paws. Just now, he spied himself in the side door window. He slid to a stop in amazement that an identical puppy stood looking back at him. Not being sure of the correct response, he gave a “WOOF” with tail awag, obviously hoping his new playmate would come inside and have a romp. Yes, a jolly, silly puppy comedian who will keep everyone laughing at his antics.

For example, when he found the squeaky strawberry, he carried it proudly for a bit, then began to toss it in the air (so smart!) and then plopped down in triumph to make it squeak squeak squeak, a sound that seemed to delight his quirky sense of the comic. He was so pleased with himself until I took it away (I’m trying to work here, remember), he’s such a softie, his heart was broken, and he plopped down in a miserable heap until I gave it back to him.

All in all, truly a dear, dear puppy, of course, he’ll have his moments, all puppies do, but you’ll forgive him quickly when he drops those floppy ears apologetically, and morphs into a puppy noodle when he’s been bad, he tries so hard, but sometimes he forgets lol.
