Cavapoo Puppy Ruby & White Girl | Toy Sized 12 Pounds Grown

Squeak squeak squeak! Rosie Claire is gazing up at me with her melting dark eyes, fairly certain she wants to be held, until she spies the BRAND NEW STUFFED STRAWBERRY SQUEAKY TOY!!! 🍓

Oh puppy JOY! The squeaky toy was a lovely distraction for my Cavapoo toddler, but eventually she decided that nothing in life would be more fun than curling up for a nice long nap while I wrote on that funny-looking silver machine Mama Terry calls her laptop.

Now she's warmly ensconed on my lap, her tiny tail thump thump thumping against my knee. She leans over occasionally to see if the tempting edge of my desk might be edible. Oh, goody, we get to practice our puppy manners as I compose her puppy bio, the perfect combination of practicality and creativity lol!

Aht! Aht! Aht! No chew! My favorite triplet combination for puppy correcting, a nice growly sound, reminiscent of a mother dog’s grumbly admonitions that were applied liberally as needed when raising her youngsters. 

Then, “What a gooood giiiirl (nice long vowel sounds), as she stops to ponder, and I layer on a bit of praise to reward her change of direction. Just a bit, we're not going to have a celebratory dance just because she stops investigating items she's not allowed to chew on. 

Ah, but all is not lost: if the desk is on the no-chew list, out comes her new favorite strawberry toy as a lovely distraction, and peace reigns, and I'm able to get back to the project at hand.

And for you puppy seekers, I’d say Rosie Claire is the middle child in the litter, a tad more precocious than Clover Jane but more laid-back than Baron Waffles, who is sure that he was born to entertain the human race lol.

She loves to explore, but happily blends her busier moments with being completely satisfied being held, as long as you are willing. A companionable puppy, sporty and fun, but I see glimmers of her becoming an exceptionally sweet, gentle Cavapoo companion in the very near future.
