The dearest little bundle who melts into your arms the moment you pick her up with a sigh and a look that says, “Where have you been all my life? I’ve been waiting for you!”

She is going to be a most devoted small companion, following you from room to room to make sure you don’t need her help whilst folding the laundry, or better still, she’ll be happy to sample that chicken soup simmering on the stove; she’s a helpful little creature and anxious to lend a paw wherever needed.

Everyone knows how much I adore my Cavachons; they are, without doubt, the most intuitively loving and affectionate dogs of any breed I’ve ever known. Kind-hearted, faithful, quiet-natured, but though small, they are happy to guard your castle, though giving kisses to the UPS guy is as far as most will get to any protection work. They will give a “Woof!” if they think you need to answer the door and let the pizza delivery guy drop off supper, but he, too, will receive a loving welcome. What lovely little dogs with hearts of gold! Yes, 20+ years of raising them, and I'm more smitten than ever; they are the best!

Gumdrop is just waiting to deliver her own measure of Puppy Joy, and I have a feeling her new owner will be exceedingly happy to welcome her home.
