Every puppy nursery needs at least one child who restores your faith in good parenting.

Around here, that would be Peek-A-Boo.

While certain other small residents—whom Peek-A-Boo privately refers to as “the hoodlums”—are busy testing the structural integrity of the playpen, plotting unauthorized excursions, and generally exploring just how much trouble can be accomplished before a grown-up notices, Peek-A-Boo can usually be found sitting nearby looking positively aghast.

Honestly. The behavior.

This gorgeous Ruby & White Cavapoo princess is as good as the Sables are bad, with a naturally sweet, compliant little spirit that makes you want to scoop her up and tell her she's your favorite. (Not that I have favorites. Of course.)

Peek-A-Boo has that lovely, easygoing quality I treasure in a puppy. She watches. She listens. She wants to please. And when you pick her up, she seems to settle naturally into your arms as though she's quite certain this is exactly where a well-mannered young lady belongs.

But don't mistake good for boring.

Peek-A-Boo is still a happy, playful little Cavapoo girl who thoroughly enjoys puppy games, toys, scampering about, and the occasional well-timed zoomie. She simply sees no reason why one must become a hooligan in order to have a good time. There are standards, after all.

And goodness, is she pretty.

Her rich ruby & white coat, darling expression, and feminine little face make Peek-A-Boo the sort of puppy who causes people to stop mid-sentence and say, “Ohhhh...look at HER.” But it's her gentle sweetness that really seals the deal. Spend a little time with this girl and you'll discover that beneath all that pretty packaging is an affectionate, sensible little soul who seems destined to become someone's deeply adored companion.

In fact, Peek-A-Boo may be just the puppy for the household containing one particular family member who has been heard saying things like:

“We are NOT getting a puppy.”

Oh dear.

We all know how this story ends.

Because one evening that very same person will discover Peek-A-Boo curled contentedly beside them on the sofa, gaze down into those beautiful little eyes, and ask the rest of the family why nobody remembered to buy his puppy a nicer bed.

Peek-A-Boo won't say I told you so.

She's far too well mannered for that.

She'll simply snuggle a little closer. 🧡
