Yep, here’s one of the most lovable puppy characters in this litter, a walking, talking, teddy bear! 🧸 He’s playful and super social, loves everyone he meets, two or four-footed, and will make an excellent fit for just about any family. Not a bit, Alpha, just a jolly, happy-go-lucky boy who will cuddle with the kids and then happily jog along at your heels while you take a lap around the block to burn off some of that Christmas pudding!

I love uncomplicated breeds like the Cavapoo and Cavachon. There are more than a few ways to run off the rails when choosing a puppy. Yes, all puppies are cute, and yes, you’ll have to navigate any puppy along the journey to becoming a well-mannered adult dog, but some breeds make the job eminently easier than others. 

The Doodles of the Retriever and Labrador varieties are lovely dogs, but highly charged and energetic. They can be super busy and barky, and, without a job to do, quite the handful for novice puppy owners. 

Blending the soft-natured, gentle but cheery Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with the Poodle, happily results in a much lower key canine. Not perfect, of course, but without all that working dog energy in the gene pool, puppyhood is lots more fun for people and puppies.

Uncle Billy will be sporty and entertaining enough to keep the kids happy, but oh so snuggly and content to snooze by the fire, he’ll follow the energy of his people, try super hard to learn, and almost never forget how to be a goooooood puppy!
