Cavachon Puppy Tri-Color Girl

We sent Ruffles home yesterday and I've already had the sweetest pictures of him in the arms of his new kids, snuggled close as they worked on homework. Joyful children’s faces turned for mom to take pictures, already over the moon for the puppy that they had been begging for,,, showing how puppy dreams really do come true. 

And now, as I prepare to send Periwinkle off with the Bellflower family, I think about how everything comes full circle, even with puppies. The Bellflowers were here almost 17 years ago to take pick up Hammy who was “pure love and loyalty” and now, they’ll be making that journey to Foxglove Farm again, and I know that this baby will do the job Ive raised her to do and bring Puppy Joy to their hurting hearts.

Periwinkle doesn’t know it yet but she was big paw prints to fill, those of a dearly loved dog who is sorely missed, my prayer is that this little one mends those broken hearts and becomes a dog that would make Hammy proud, and I know she will.
