This lil glamour girl is actually a tomboy in disguise, so if you’re thinking you’d prefer a scruffy little number who can keep up with a house full of kiddos, she’ll be happy to oblige. Though dressed like a princess in her silky red coat (with the longest lashes ever!), she’s actually a wash-and-wear kind of canine who will cheerfully join in the busiest household with grace and good humor.

Tell your husband that she’s a real dog in disguise, she’ll trot along at his heels while he gets his steps in and happily ride along afterwards for a yummy Puppuccino (just ask Hastings!). She’ll charm the neighbors, enchant the grandkids, and before you know it, you’ll be perusing Miss Terry’s site for a SECOND Foxglove Farm puppy because the first one was such a success. (I get letters!).

I love her wispy, silky coat, a ruby with shades of apricot, and that droll expression, which promises a smart, trainable, and eager-to-please canine companion who will do her best to learn her puppy's p’s and q's, making life with a puppy so much easier than you ever dreamed possible.

Don’t put off getting those pleading kids a puppy a minute longer, or you’ll turn around and they’ll be married with kids of their own. (Yep, and they’ll get your grandkids a puppy and tell them how mean you were, never letting them have a dog, lol!) Foxglove puppies are older and well-started on all the basics, making the transition to dog ownership as easy as possible for those nervous Nellies out there who have resisted puppy parenting for far too long 🐕

And for heaven’s sake, don’t just get the kids a hamster or a rabbit to fill the puppy-gap. It is NOT the same as a real, live dog of your very own, and who knows, you might fall head over heels in love with the new addition and decide it was the best decision you ever made as a mom!

A lovely little miss, Matilda Brown, was quite pleased with her bright orange bow; she thought it accented her ruby curls perfectly, lol. I love the cute tuft of white under her chin and her white bib, just a smidge of white on her paws, but otherwise, she’s a rich, almost chocolaty deep red.

This is such a family-friendly breed, intelligent and trainable, exceedingly social, and lovers of all creatures, two and four-footed. Cavapoos have the most delightful dispositions; they are trusting and friendly with everyone, born with the belief that everyone they meet wants to be their friend. I so love that in a dog, open-hearted and waggy-tailed little characters, they bring sunshine wherever they go.

Matilda is sporty enough to keep up with your Bernedoodle, but she’ll be small enough to snooze in your lap while you’re swinging in the new hammock hubby surprised you with for Mother’s Day 💐 (hint, hint! Isn’t that a great gift idea??? OR, what about a new puppy,,, that’s sure to win you Dad of the Year points!).

Lula Bell is convinced that the stork dropped her at the wrong house, surely she wasn’t intended to have to put up with FOUR BROTHERS? They don’t understand that she’s a princess in disguise, and make it their life’s mission to take turns stealing her toys and bouncing on the teeter-totter just when she knows it’s her turn, poor baby, life’s hard when no one realizes that you are royally born. 👑 👑 👑

She’s such an adorable little bundle, with a perfect teddy bear face and a neat frosting of white, which sets off her tiny face perfectly. She’ll turn heads wherever you take her. She's socialable, and every inch of her is a people person - she’s irresistible, and she knows it in the very sweetest way!

She’ll be an excellent fit for just about any setting, as a first or second dog, a lovable companion to your kids, or if your nest is empty, she’ll be happy to help fill it. She loves to be held, perfectly happy to sit in your lap or ride along to the pet store, where I promise she’ll draw a crowd and have everyone pleading to know where in the world you found your beautiful puppy???

She’ll be thrilled to bits to have a family of her own to carry her around and tell her how scrumptious she is. (She says please to tell everyone NOT to bring any of her brother’s home too!).

Oh this is SUCH a handsome puppy, I know, I’m repeating myself, but just look at his pictures (and thanks for the head’s up from Beth, who kindly let me know that I had Bo Peeps Puppy Bio attached to Dandy’s listing) 😳 That’s what you get when you do alllllll of your own website work! It’s a labor of love but at times the technology defeats my best efforts

Everyone knows I love my Blenheim Cavachons - the perfect blend of the Cavalier’s loving disposition and color pattern with the Bichon’s sense of humor and excellent non-shedding coat. Dandylion is such a dear, that funny, droll expression, one moment he’s full of mischief, the next, all bashful and pleading for just one more bite of the puppie’s new beef liver treat obsession!

He’s athletic enough to hike the trails if you’ve a mind to but laid-back enough to snooze away the afternoon with you on the beach. Easy going and adaptable, more on the mellow side of the puppy personality scale; but not to worry, he’ll get the zoomies on a daily basis just to keep life interesting I promise!

The very same puppy that was all cozy and about to fall asleep while I took his pictures, was, a half hour later, enjoying a sunbath and trying to outrun his sister (the aforementioned Bo Peeps) because she will insist on pulling his tail, isn’t that what little sisters are all about anyway?

A pinch the biggest of the litter, I’m guessing a bit on his size, 16-ish, perhaps up to 18 pounds as an all grown up canine companion.

I’ve been enjoying vintage movies lately, especially the old black-and-white classics from the 30s and 40s. Don’t ask me why, but this litter of little redheads all named themselves. They have this way about them that speaks well of their becoming wonderful canine companions. Sunny and cheerful, friendly with everyone they meet, waggy-tailed and charming, all of them!

Ruby Jane is an old-fashioned sort of girl, soft-natured but still spicy and fun with lots of personality. She’ll sit in your lap and watch the neighbors mowing their lawn, keeping an eye out for any squirrel-shaped Intruders that might try to rob your bird feeders. Loyal and loving, she will bring lots of puppy joy to your life and make raising a puppy more fun than you thought possible.

Beautiful color, a rich mahogany ruby with icing white trim, her coat will be super easy to manage and has loads of wave & curl, so she’ll be a lovely adult doggie too! She’ll be a dream as far as shedding goes, super silky and gleaming; I think she’ll be nearly 100% non-shed. I tell people to save their puppy’s pictures from the website and take them along when you go to the groomer’s. Showing her what your puppy looked like at this age is a great way to explain the look you want, half teddy bear, half puppy clip. Ruby Jane has the perfect round little face to make the perfect poster child for your local grooming shop, she is a darling, inside and out 💜

Cavachon Puppy Blenheim Girl | 16 - 18 Pounds Grown | SO PRETTY!

Isn’t she just the most outlandishly pretty puppy you’ve ever seen?!? I had to use one of her darling pictures on the homepage banner. What a lovely puppy to greet visitors to Foxglove Farm!

That’s the sum and total of this baby girl, she’s yes, exceedingly beautiful, and warm-hearted and welcoming 💛 with the sunny disposition all the best Cavachons have. Her color is richly pigmented with lots of butterscotch offset with the purest white background. I adore her round face and those dark eyes, curls and waves galore, your groomer will love her too I promise!

She’s an angel at all the basics, a darling to groom and bathe, you can trim her paws, brush her ears, she’ll walk on a lead, still hopping for joy at this age but she’s getting the idea lol. I’m fairly certain she’s going to sleep through the night from day one in her new home (yes, Puppy Person, you’re going to read my New Puppy 101, the chapters on potty training BEFORE she comes home so you’ll sail through the first night and all the other nights with ease!).

She’s a good choice for just about any setting, smart and funny and extra affectionate, a delight of a puppy I promise!

Cavachon Puppy Blenheim Boy | 12 - 14 Pounds Grown | Such a little character!

Oh, this little butterscotch and white bundle of puppy fluff will delight the whole family with his antics! He dreams up the funniest tricks, all of his own making. First he balances back on his bottom, then lifts one snowy front paw and lifts it up, up, up,,, and waves it while doing his best to talk to me. He bats those big brown eyes, tries to sit up even taller, and then flops over on his side, thrilled to bits with his own wit lol.

He’s got loads of personality, loves to make us laugh, is more than a little bit of a mischief, but with no meaness in his little self. He’s totally sweet-natured and loving, but he does enjoy a good time and thinks everyone he meets can hardly wait to play with him. (Or hold him on movie night and share that big bowl of popcorn!).

He will become part of the fabric of your life, prancing when you want him to show off to the neighbors, and snuggly and kissy-faced when you need a sympathetic four-footed friend ❤️

The puppies are, of all things, listening to opera classics tonight. I’ve decided that they need a well-rounded musical education as well as their other puppy basics. I’m wondering what in the world they think is going on. This afternoon, it was bluegrass; tonight, it's opera, in the middle, my favorite Christian classics, old and new. Who knows what goes through their little minds? They certainly seem to enjoy everything I serve up, even audiobooks! They are like small sponges at this age, and the more they experience, the more well-rounded they’ll be as adults, I say!

Cavapoo Puppy Apricot & White Girl About 12 - 14 pounds when I’m grown.

Such a fluffy, pretty puppy girl, Gracie Belle managed to avoid most of the bunny drama; she’s way too cool to be so silly and looks at the other puppies rather like a teenage big sister watching the small fry have meltdowns over their toys. She rolls her eyes and gives me a look like “Really? All this drama over a RABBIT?” She thinks she’s too mature for such silliness, but then I spied her hopping off and onto the teeter-totter with one of the stuffed treasures in her mouth, and I told her that she was just as silly as the rest of the puppykids, even if she doesn’t think so lol.

She’s one of a litter of two puppies that missed posting earlier, so she’s a pinch older than the other puppies at about 15 weeks. She’s got me guessing as to size; she’s leggy and elegant, kind of like a little supermodel, and I’m pretty certain she’ll not go a bit over 14 pounds, but I might miss it by a pound or so.

Athletic and sporty, she loves the outdoors and will zoom around as fast as she can go. Then, a bit later, she’s back inside, all curled up and cozy in her basket, where she’ll happily snooze away for an hour or two at a time. I was in my office the other day, and after she had chased several imaginary bunnies around the play yard, she came back inside and put her paws on my knee to be picked up and held for one of those naps. She was asleep in two minutes (I had to share the cute picture; she is just a sweetcakes of a puppy!).

She’s got a heart of gold, and when she’s not in the midst of the puppy sillies, she’s the most thoughtful, kind-natured thing; if you want a devoted and faithful dog, don’t miss this girl. I can just see her riding alongside you while you do the weekly marketing. She’ll quickly become indispensable, and you’ll want to take her along whereever you go.

Personable and extra friendly, she’ll be an excellent fit for someone looking for a fancy four-footed friend to show off to the neighborhood, share the hammock on summer nights, OR keep the kids happy and entertained when you’re longing for some mom-time lol.
