There is a sweet, winsome quality about Dixie Lou, that funny little tilt to her head when she looks at you, that precious, tiny muzzle; she’s simply a darling, you can see it in her eyes. I also think she’ll be an easy puppy; she’s a bit of a mother hen, she’s so funny, she sorts her toys carefully to be sure that those thieving boys haven’t carted any of them off when she wasn’t looking. Yes, I’m supposing just a bit of a little old lady in the making, don’t get me wrong, she’s got enough spice to keep you on your toes as any puppy will, but altogether, just a milder mannered miss.

If Dixie were a flower, she’d be a daisy, all snowy white with just golden bits here and there. She has the daisy’s old-fashioned sweetness, too. I don’t know how I see all of this in a small puppy’s eyes and manner, but it’s there. That’s our prayer, that each puppy reveals his or her heart, even to Puppy Seekers many miles away, so that Dixie Lou and her siblings go home to exactly the families they are supposed to belong to.

A lovely puppy in every regard, she’s an expert cuddler, funny, cheerful, and bright as a button. She’ll spend her days making sure that you know she loves you. What more could you ask? She is completely precious ❤️
