Dear Puppy People,
It’s essential to know there are scammers posing as legitimate breeders online. This is not about Foxglove Farm—but about people who steal our images and our name to create fake sites, with the goal of misleading kind families and capturing personal information.
Section 1: What’s happening & who’s affected
A number of reputable small-scale breeders, including Foxglove, have seen misused photos and false listings appearing on fraudulent websites.
These scams often routinely scrape images, rewrite bios, and publish them under fake domains—sometimes with alarming keywords or overlays.
Section 2: How to recognize & avoid scams
Be cautious when clicking unfamiliar links, especially if the website ends in
.de
,.pl
, or a random string of characters. If something feels off or too good to be true, it’s okay to step back and ask questions.
And most of all — know that we’re here, happy to speak with you directly, and answer any concerns you may have.
Section 3: What we’re doing at Foxglove
We do not host or endorse these malicious sites.
We have reported them to Google legal and have flagged URLs for removal.
We continue to update our blog and Google Business Profile with verified information, so trustworthy content rises in search.
Section 4: How you can stay safe
Always verify the website URL—look for
.com
version, not variations or odd suffixes.Cross-check images using reverse image search.
Contact us privately if you’re unsure—call or email, and I’ll personally help you verify.
Read reviews on Google, Facebook, and third-party sites — consistent, real reviews are a strong sign of legitimacy.
💛 I adore every sweet face that finds its way to our home—and your home. You deserve clarity, safety, and a joyful experience. If anything feels off, please reach out to me directly. I’m here to help guide you safely in your journey to puppy love.
Fondest Wags Always,
