What A Great Way To Entertain Your Bored Dog

Terry Cross

Your new favorite doggie pacifier.

Dog with pupsicle dog puzzle toy

Keeping your puppy occupied just got a whole lot more fun.

Such an ingenious design, a new product by WOOF, called the Pupsicle; I’m not entirely sure what category it falls into. Is it a dog puzzle toy? A canine pacifier? A treat dispenser or frozen yogurt holder? Whatever you call it, it’s a genius design, and every dog should have one (or two, so you have a spare waiting in the freezer with a cooling treat like yogurt frozen inside).

So when I first saw the Pupsicle appear in the trade journals, I could hardly wait to order a few for our puppy kids and, of course, resident doggie product tester Hastings, who is usually falling over in excitement to see what new goodies are arriving when the nice FedEx man makes his deliveries. It fell off my radar until I saw it pop up in my Amazon recommendations, and I did a happy dance and rushed over here to share it with everyone. It ticks all the boxes when I’m looking for a really effective dog pacifier.

  • Safe materials which hold up to the strongest chewers.

  • An easy way to add nutritious treats like frozen yogurt (just fill the reservoir with yogurt or peanut butter, I like blueberry yogurt, and the extra sweetness makes it a yummy snack and all the more enticing for your pet.

  • More genius: It’s designed to stand upright and keep the snacks inside and off my floor. Yes, I’m a neat freak; I love spotless floors, so this is right up my alley.

  • It can last for hours, the perfect guilt gift to share before I head out the door to run errands.

  • I watch the babies on my doggie cam, and it gives me SUCH peace of mind to see them chowing down contentedly and not just gazing at the door, waiting for Mom to return. (Yes, Hastings, I’m talking about you, too!).

There are two sizes, small for dogs under 25 pounds and large for bigger canines. The biggest savings is for the Pupsicle alone but do look at the bundle above, which includes the tray you’ll use over and over to create your own healthy doggie snacks.

For times when you just want to pop in a quick snack for your dog, there’s also the refill pack which are slightly addicting (don’t ask how I know that!).

This is an affiliate link, but I promise I’d share it regardless; such a great product needs to be in every doggie home!
